• ClassPicker and Qbinom (Pvt) Ltd are not tuition providers and do not employ tutors.
• We do not verify, guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for the quality of teaching, qualifications, conduct, availability, or outcomes provided by tutors.
• Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting tutors.
• Any agreements, tuition arrangements, or financial transactions between tutors and students/parents occur independently of ClassPicker and are outside our responsibility and liability.

3. Digital Services and Payments

• ClassPicker provides digital services only. No physical products, shipping, or delivery services are involved.
• Payments for advertisements, premium listings, featured placements, or related services must be made in advance through our authorized payment methods.
• Payment processing may be handled through secure third-party payment providers.
• Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content available on ClassPicker, including but not limited to text, logos, branding, graphics, website design, and software, is owned by Qbinom (Pvt) Ltd or licensed appropriately.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Qbinom (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for disputes, claims, losses, damages, or disagreements arising between tutors and students/parents.
• Users interact with one another at their own discretion and risk.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, advertisement performance, student inquiries, or specific outcomes from using the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qbinom (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

6. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
